During one of my morning readings, I read Proverbs 20:18 (KJV): “Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war”. When I read the word “counsel” my thoughts immediately shifted to your book in Chapter 1 where it references the Holy Spirit as the ultimate Counselor and not a counsel. In the book, it explained biblical scriptures that referenced the Holy Spirit as/is the Counselor who guides us to live by faith, empowers, and enables lasting heart changes. In my life, I’m learning to seek the Holy Spirt for daily guidance by faith, wisdom, and knowledge.
